We're now in our favorite city in the world... San Francisco. This is the city which I hold closest to my heart for so many reasons. I went to college here, started my first corporate job, met Mar here, experienced the dotcom era, met amazing friends, moved into an apartment alone and more. It's also the first city which I stepped foot in the US when my parents first brought us out to the US in '84 when we moved out to NJ. (which also happens to be Kian's first US city as well).
We're busy seeing friends and visiting all our old stomping ground. For Mar - a hole-in-the wall Vietnamese noodle place in the ghetto, a panini shop, chicken shwarma place down in the Haight. He's a simple man... while my list included a new hot restaurant called Flour+Water.. which we found out had a 2 hour wait by 6pm last night and many other new restaurants which didn't have any reservations available until the end of Jan. :-(
Kian's been a TROOPER being shuffled around all over the place from lunches, dinners, shopping, and seeing countless friends.
