Bri Bri in Tokyo

There's something about Kian's godfather (Mar's friend from grade school). Something about seeing him always makes me feel like "everything will be ok". He's not exactly the most optimistic person I know, but there's something about him which eases my soul. Something special... which is why we asked him to be Kian's Godfather. In any case, Brian came out for a visit and we went out to our usual "yakiniku" dinner. The second Kian saw him, his face lit up as if he remembered their fun time together in San Francisco in April. And after dinner, we headed back to our house and soon enough, Kian was bringing all his favorite books for Bri Bri to read. Little did his Godfather know that Kian has the shortest attention span and will shove a new book in your face and once you are on page 3 of the one you are reading, he'll request another book!

The next day, Bri Bri and Mar took Kian to his first trip to the zoo! Somehow the pictures on our camera only have Kian standing and playing with animal statues but it really was a real zoo.. even pandas. Bri took hundreds of pictures but I have yet to go through all of them yet! Thank god for godfathers or our first zoo pics would seem like we took him to a wanna be zoo!
